Faith Based Speaker & Resilience Coach For Teens & Parents:

Meet Jenny Krumdrick

Hi, I'm Jenny.

I was a mom before I became a life coach.

I know what it’s like to watch your child struggle and feel powerless to fix it. One of my daughters has struggled with body image issues and the other has struggled with friendships. Even girls with loving, present parents need a boost.

Our girls need to hear positive role models (other than their parents) to help them recognize their beauty and value.

It's my joy and mission to help students know their worth and think positively about themselves so they can pursue their dreams and goals with confidence, resilience and success!

Helping parents and students connect and grow together is my specialty. I've been leading retreats for over 20 years and it's one of my favorite things to do. I've seen how the right setting can spark healing, openness and trust between moms and their girls.

💝 I look forward to sharing this beautiful retreat with you and your daughter. Please help spread the word so many families can experience the joy of this special event! 💝

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this event for?

This event is designed for moms and daughters in grades 6–12 who want to grow closer, communicate better, and build confidence and faith in a beautiful, peaceful, fun, and welcoming environment.

What if my daughter is hesitant to come?

That’s totally normal! Many girls feel unsure at first — but they end up having so much fun and often say they’re glad they came. We keep things relaxed, positive, and teen-friendly (no forced sharing or awkward icebreakers).

I’m a grandma/aunt/guardian—can I still come?

Yes! We welcome any female caregiver who is nurturing a girl’s growth and faith. You belong here.

Will there be food at the retreat?

Yes! We’ll have a delicious taco dinner with lots of yummy options. Make sure to let Jenny know if you have special dietary needs.

What if I can’t stay the whole time?

We recommend you attend the entire event for the best experience, but if you need to come late or leave early, just let me know. You’ll still get a lot out of it!

What if I have more than one daughter?

Wonderful! You’re welcome to bring all your daughters. If they’re within the age range, you can all participate as a family. Additional family members can get a ticket for $30.

What if I’m not Catholic? Will I feel out of place?

Not at all. While this retreat is rooted in Christian values and hosted at a Catholic retreat center, it’s open to all women and girls who desire stronger relationships, deeper confidence, and a sense of purpose. You’ll find a welcoming, respectful environment where faith is encouraged but never pressured. Come as you are — you belong here.

Can I invite a friend and her daughter too?

Absolutely! This is a wonderful event to attend with friends — and makes the experience even more fun. Feel free to forward the link!

What girls & moms say about it

No distractions!

"I liked that there were no distractions. We talked. Made bracelets. Talked with others. Had a good time. I really liked the part about the labels we give ourselves — just because we give ourselves labels doesn't mean they're right. They don't define us."
— Annette, Mom

God's opinion is the one that matters!

"I thought this was a great way to slow down, reflect and spend time with my mom and God. I walked away knowing not let others label me, and to remember that the only opinion that matters is God's! I loved the retreat!"
— Daughter

We talked openly

"I learned some things about how my daughter wants to be loved and what she thinks of me. We were able to talk openly about moments in our life where we felt "not enough" and the pressures that we encounter at school, work and family life.  This retreat was great!"
— Sarah, Mom

I felt the peace & love

I liked praying in the church with my mom because of the peaceful atmosphere and love I felt surrounding us. I also liked the bracelet making because now we have matching bracelets we wear everyday and pray for each other throughout the day whenever we notice it."
— Annalise, Daughter
